- All armoured units under his command move 20% faster and have 15% more firepower and attack speed.
- All anti-tank guns are 15% more firepower and are camouflaged when not firing or moving.
- Each unit can produce a decoy, an exact copy of the unit for free. Decoys last 60 seconds, and have a 3 minute cooldown.

Decoys do no damage, and disappear after sustaining more than 50% damage.

- Gains 5% less resources.
- All armoured units have 10% less armour

Powers:

Armoured Thrust

Boosts all armoured vehicles' speed and damage by 50% over their original values. All armoured units have 15% armour less than their original values.

Tactical Initiative

All selected unitsreceive a 30% boost to attack speed, but receive 20% less armour than their original values. Any enemy unit with less than 80% hitpoints is revealed.

Ghost Army

Camouflages selected forces and creates decoys in their place. Both camouflage and decoys last 60 seconds. Camouflaged units are invisible even while moving, but camouflage is permanently dispelled when they attack or use any ability.

Note that Armoured Thrust and Tactical Initiative buffs and de-buffs stack.

Powers:

Defensive Line

All selected units instantly entrench themselves. They can also easily escape out entrenchment just as fast.

Logistics Consolidation

All units regenerate health and gain a 10% firepower boost while immobile. Lasts 60 seconds. Does not dispel on firing, but is interrupted when moving.

Steadfast Defence

All units gain a 50% health boost, but lose 50% attack speed.

Requisition

Creates units and structures 50% faster.

Note that entrenchment gives units 25% greater defences.
