Due to the fact its not a motion picture you can somewhat see it (even without the number above it) but when actually looking at a real monitor you wouldnt see shit. Nice stuff thats for sure

It'd be extra cool if it could be applied to aircraft... imagine how much of an advantage it would boast against Heat-Seeking Animals. Of course, however, I doubt it'll ever happen: Exhausts are impossible to stop and WAY too hot, and the friction of the air hitting the plane make WAY too much heat too.

If these are American tanks then I believe it's true since they are so advance in military technology, especially Russia.

It's certainly impressive. I wonder how they deal with heat build-up, especially in hot weather? And what type of thermal camera is observing the test? This will be of extreme importance in a combat scenario.
I haven't heard of heat-absorbing paint often on tanks - presumably it must have some significant downsides, probably in the cost and maintenance areas, as this is a massive advantage given most attack aircraft targeting systems rely on IR in inclement weather, night, or even in fine weather over long distances.

tbh, I've seen this story on two different sites, Military.coms story is that it's a pair of American M1A2s taking part, this russian websites says it's a pair of Leopard 2s, so I can't be 100% sure.

Well by the looks IMO i think its a M1A2 (for noobs AKA Abrams)...though any nation can easily acquire the paint

USA tech is advanced, as always.
Well, Russians have that stealth plasma tech to be used on aircrafts.
This is just paint, so it's question of time when China will copy it and sell it to the whole world.

Russians have very advanced tech, don't be fooled by cliches of unquality and outdate.
They just don't have m-o-n-e-y. (US companies haven't built functionable prototype of swapwinged supersonic, if I am right one of their 3 crashed, Sukhoi has built few prototypes)
BTW: cool army stuff is usually secret.

I don't see how stealth paint would be useful at all in a civilian situation.

I'd say they're almost certainly Abrams tanks. The turret bustle on the right tank is very distinctive, and the protrusions of both the commander's and loader's hatches are more notable than they are on a Leopard II.

Wrong. The US has plenty of variable geometry supersonic planes. Get your facts straight.
