I'm at around Level 7, with a Ripper, Laser Pistol and Assault Rifle as my primary weapons. I wear Talon Combat Armour with a Torcher's Mask, and carry around Lesko's Lab Coat, Roving Trader Outfit, Roving Trader Hat, Vault 101 Utility Suit, and a Food Sanitizer. Will post SPECIAL and Skills later.

Ranger of the Wastes morality level.

Maxed out Swift Learner and Gun Nut perks, got Educated perk. Got Rad Regeneration and Ant Sight perks.

How did you get everything so high? Even with Bobbleheads that's not possible iirc

All 7 Stat bobbleheads and 10 ranks in the training perk which means you get to +1 something and then the ranger battle armour to +1 my luck
