This would be quite easy to make. Just make a beam come from the sky, with a wrecking ball which quickly swings down and back up out of view.
Though maybe it should be a three star power, and get an extra wrecking ball with each level.

Instead of more balls... how about with each gen point is swings for longer (Like the spectre) and you can move it about (Like the partical cannon).
I think best for Demo General as they use these in Demolition.
