That's a pretty horrid upload speed tbh. I mean, over 17Mbps download, but only 700kbps upload? I only get 3mbps Download speed, but I have at least 600kbps upload speed.

Aren't you all glad you don't live in Tasmania? (I can't think of another location where you have to go 600ks across an undersea cable just to get to the nearest server...)
TBH it's not terrible, just a slight annoyance from time to time. Particularly if two people try to use the connection at once.

It's a 6 mbps rated line, but my result isn't fairly accurate considering I'm on my brother's wireless network and due to overhead and interference, I get a slightly downgraded speed. But still far better than my old 1.5 mbps line.

Well I was able to download a 13GB file in 35 minutes once (will keep mum about its contents) and the speed peaked at about 8.9 MB/s (yes Bytes not bits)

Sometimes though some proxy doesn't allow me to fully exploit my massive upload speeds. :P
