Calculus? Hehe try engineering. Half of my curriculum is some form of math (particularly in my later comp sci classes).
Yeah, that's to be expected. What kind of engineering I wonder?
Not in college yet (a Sophmore), but I DO know I want to double-major in both Physics AND Engineering (probably a PhD in both...I'm serious). Why? You might ask? Simply because that increases my overall efficiency, and it would allow me to do things and go places where not that many people can. Any recomended courses?
Physics AND engineering????? When you get to college/university, you will have to choose one because those are two faculties plus that programs sounds like it would take 6 years at least. If you're interested in engineering, take IB HL Math and Physics or AP Physics C and Calculus BC. Those will help you in Freshman and possibly get you advanced credits at university. You could do an undergrad in say Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or even Civil Engineering as I take it you have an interest in Physics and then get a Masters and eventually a PhD. I myself am studying Computer Engineering which involves a lot of math and programming which in itself eventually involves some math-based logic with binary etc...

I'm boxed in by snow and can't even get out to go get food.
I need a new video card so I can play Left 4 Dead.

ONLY SIX!?! Good, I thought it would be at LEAST seven. But yeah, I WILL take both. I'm in the position where I'll actually be able to take about half my classes worth of electives by the time I'm in senior (if not Junior) year. Yeah, I know it sounds crazy but it'll kill some time and boredom, as well as it just seems fun as hell to me.
