i'll just wiki something random if i have a few minutes after Programming, and i will generally end up on something that has to do with military history

Yeah, I do it all the time, I can spend 2 hours or more doing it, is fun and I can learn one or two things... :P

Man, you guys have problems, never have I heard of people just wiki-ing for the hell of it. I can't say much myself, since I random-article on Encyclopedia Dramatica, a astronomically less reliable source of prejudice opinion information, but infinitely more funnier.

i enjoy playing the wikipedia game every now and then. choose a destination, click random page, and try to get to said destination through links

Haha, I sometimes race with people.. We press 'random article' and see who gets to the article on Hitler first.
