Over the last 2-3 hours CodeCat and I have reworked how permission masks work within the forum. Now this will not make any changes to the rules, nor to how members are promoted. Should we have made any mistakes please contact any of the administrators and we'll try to correct it asap. Any errors will result in incorrect or missing access to modification forums.
