I mean, I don't have a problem with offensive humor, I found the LOTR one hilarious, but this just seems kinda...hypocritical.

None of that was what the evidence about 9/11 was about anyway, it's kind of nonsensical. It would've been funnier if the joke actually made sense.

There's a lot of conspiracy theories around the 9/11 , some of them have been based upon zoomed pictures of Towers falling... that picture of the Sauron Tower is one of many parodies on these theories. I don't think it's offensive against souls of 9/11 victioms, quite on the contrary. 8|
