As of the last L4D patch the Smoker can shoot his tongue through common infected. This allows him to work better with the Boomer in some instances along others.
Tank melee can now hit multiple survivors at once. Making the Tank very, very dangerous in small rooms and tight spots.
The flaming hunter, a former tactic, that did extra damage to pounced survivors due to the flames. It's been nerfed.

Pretty sad about the Hunter right now. The only way you can inflict serious damage is currently by either striking someone who's been isolated or just pouncing on someone from a large distance and doing as much initial pounce damage as possible.

I wonder when the creator will make one where the Survivors threaten the Tank with Propane Tanks lying around when he breaks down a door and emerges...with those white cylinders lying around his feet.
