Setting up a PC doesn't take that long, and your going to be home all summer. You will setup that PC.

It's not an issue on being unable to. There are two desks in the house. One is in the study and has my mum's old crappy PC on it. The other is in my sister's room. Therefore, its a matter of convincing my mum to lose the crappy PC for the summer.
