It's unlikely I'll be able to join you at all this term, if I'm honest. A combination of lack of time, and fines for overuse of the internet, make it difficult for me. I'll be around again from early December though.

Well, unbelievably, I'm free this weekend and would love to get some L4D in. Unfortunately, due to a total cockup by Apple, my iMac which has been fixed, has been sent to sodding Salsbury, so nothing for me this weekend :(

Alright, big question: When do we make the switch to L4D2? I'll possibly have it this Friday, possibly not. We need a general consensus though, as we don't want to switch servers and switch games when only two people have the new game.

Maybe we can put our names down somewhere?

Based on the poll in the other topic I guess that L4D friday will continue until we have 8 or more with L4D2 and at which point we'll just shut off the other server. This topic is as good a place as any. We can just post in here to say if we're ready for a game of whichever version. I doubt it will take long for everyone to get it.

I own both games but I've never been particularly keen on waking up early on Saturday mornings to play computer games

Also, the FS TF2 server is still too damn laggy for me, so it's kind of a shame I've really never been able to play with anyone here. Anyway, it seems to be fine for the majority so my feelings won't be hurt if I'm completely disregarded

It will take me until the 26-29th to get L4D2.

I'm getting it tomorrow, outta stock when I went to my retailer today
