Because everyone expects the GLA to be sneaky, trying to be sneaky is the thing the GLA are worst at. On the other hand, because no-one expects Spetznaz Guard Brigade troops with RPGs, armoured support, and massive attack helicopters to be sneaky, it's no wonder they catch everyone off their guard. A sneaky Hind might sound difficult to make, and admittedly it does require a very large cardboard box to hide under, but because no-one's expecting it, it can sneak in right under the radar (it's a stealthy cardboard box too). And woe betide those caught unawares by Spetznaz Engineers.
They're very sneaky.

BTW that wallpaper looks way better in full version (i.e. without those great big bars at the side).
