Gentlemen, I suppose you are wondering why I convened this meeting. Well, it appears the new IT stuff isn't working so well. The techies say they need more money. They've already been operating a an 80% cost overrun, so I propose we find a cheaper solution to this 'SkyNet' problem. What are your ideas?

Obviously not passed by senators given hefty 'friendship enhancement' funds by the RAND Corporation. And obviously those ships and planes were obviously not contracted out to RAND. And those were obviously not fitted with a networked AI directly connected to SkyNet. Obviously.
