I really doubt it, the demo alone for Peace Walker was awesome. I Haven't heard anything but bad things about the new Splinter Cell (people have been saying it went a bit action based).

Or, you can simply put on a pair of runners and some appropriate clothing and you're set . I used to go for 8km jogs 3 times a week without any fancy gadgets.
