Extract models from RA3

Can someone extract models (and textures) of Soviet barracks and war factory for me? I really need them and i don't know how to extract them :(
I am trying BIG editor and XCC mixer, but this not help.

See this post on how to extract stuff from the compiled SAGE games.
Now go out and procreate. IN THE NAME OF DOOM!
