For a piece of Paint art, that is indeed very nice. The ripple effects are certainly my fave bit though - without them the image would look a little bland (city skyline only) and pretty normal - whereas now it is anything but normal or bland. Ace stuff, truly.

The water reflection looks superb, how long did you work on it?

I will proceed by asking you a question: would you mind terribly by helping me to lift my jaw from the floor? It's already been noted, but your reflections on the water are magnificent. That effect alone adds volumes to the piece, regardless of what program you used to create it with. You're another reason why one doesn't need fancy programs or art supplies to create beautiful and creative artistic pieces. If I may, I'm somewhat reminded of the New York City sky line, pre 9/11/01, and it's mostly because of the two tallest structures standing in close proximity to each other. Extremely well done.

Thank you Nuker. I did add the 2 towers in it, But the rest is kinda fictional and came out of my head, because the Crystler bldg. Isn't there. That would've made it seem more like the NYC/Manhatton Skyline.
For curious people:
-I created the reflection by Copying the Above up-right area with the Select Tool Pasting and Flipping vertically using flip/rotate.
-Then I lined the above with the below creating a basic reflection.
-Then for the rest I used a pen tool to distort the lights using their own colors
-Then distorted the building's shapes with a blend of their background color and a Midnight Blue with their solid Black.
-Time taken: About a week in a half, 2 hours a day.

Tools Used:
-Line
-Pick Color
-Custom Colors
-Select
-Pen
-Brush
-Airbrush
-Rectangle
-Ellipse
-Flip/Rotate

First time I ever gave an in depth explanation =P

Here's the original without the reflection. I wasn't satisfied with it.

Neat - Good job on actually lining up the windows.

The ferris wheel looks a little out of place though.

Thank you. Feel free to PM me any suggestions. Though a lot of it comes from inspiration. I wouldn't mind seeing how a request would fair out.
My forte is Still Life and Scenery. My 2 angels were the only things that came out looking alright that weren't any of those 2 subjects.
