Going for a nighttime cruise with 5 Rebels and RPG Troopers:

The accordion segment flexes correctly, like a real Bendy Bus would:

So my solution actually worked. Just a WWSkin on the object, and as the bones linked to the cab and trailer move, the accordion bends along its vertices and stretches out.

I really need to fix the locomotor though, there's no way a Bendy Bus can turn that tight.

That would be rather interesting if a bendy bus could really turn that tight. It does bend the laws of physics though >_>

Yeah, you'd have to turn the wheels on one side backwards, like a tank, and I don't think you can do that with the differential on that thing.

It would have to be set up like a hook and ladder truck, with someone steering the rear most wheels.
