					Oh, the tanker with the two cops cars on the sides is the Really Explosive Artillery, a really old unit design of mine, that lifts itself up on the cop cars and fires explosive shells.  It doesn't belong to anyone, but it enabled in WorldBuilder, and later may be purchaseable via a tech structure.
Same goes for that forklift in the second picture, which flings enemy units high into the air with its lifters.
You might also see the China Nunchaku tank if you look right next to it.
