the idea is this: after purchasing the banana phone song, its also played from speaker towers, and from prop center

Nah, you don't want this song playing non-stop at full blast for the entire game. It would probably drive you nuts after a while.

Absolutely unsupported, the Valkyrie Ride on ShW Chinooks already drives me nuts enough without needing a weird some in addition.

(breaking unlock, I know... but...) You could give the sound a short max range and a low volume, so that you would only hear it properly when you have the screen almost centered/zoomed on the speaker towers.
