It all started with my mouse acting out of my control, but for a very short time, so I didn't bother to check it if its broken or not since it happened for small amount of times, but today when I am playing online game, chat window opened and it wrote something like asd021didyouactuallywrotethatarticle2541 like thing, I don't know about other letters but I saw the didyouactuallywrotethatarticle part, how this can be even possible ? Or do you guys know anything similiar to that ? If there is not such a virus, as I am sure what I saw, I am truly fucked by real means ;)

First part sounds like a dodgy mouse.

Second sounds like a MSN virus, suggestion, remove MSN and install pidgin.

Yea I know it happens on Msn, but how come it does know it and does in online game, and it doesn't give a link, it says : Did You Actually Wrote This Article, but didn't send it so people may read, I am just confused about this , confused also because it used other meaningless characters and numbers :/ I hope it happens again so I can take a screen of it, or wait, I hope it doesn't happen again ;)

Find and run and antivirus, also post a hijackthis! log for me, if its more than MSN it sounds like a program launching on your PC.

It's a "joke virus". It only causes your mouse to go crazy.

No such thing. If there is a way onto your PC you should know about it.

Looks like it might be the case, either way its not good to have that many IPs opened up to you. If that doesn't fix it try updating AV and spyware scanners and running them.

I find a combination of Avast + Spybot is able to lay the beat down on any virus.

Get an anti-virus like Avast/AVG free versions(about equal, though I like AVG better to be honest) and an anti-spyware such as Spybot or Ad-Aware(Both great choices). Run these. And always have one on your PC and make regular scans, it doesn't constantly hurt your resources like a firewall, so there is no disadvantage to having one.

The mouse issue and the MSN message are probably different issues entirely as well, especially since the mouse can be anything from a program, virus, or messed up drivers/hardware causing the issue. The MSN thing is curious, however any major virus wouldn't let you know it existed in such a pointless and obvious way, so I wouldn't expect it to be anything that critical. Either way, run the anti-virus/spyware and tell us if something like that happens again.

As for the mouse, update drivers(if you have mouse drivers), try changing the USB port it is plugged into, ect.

Pidgin is silly. Why would someone want to take a fully featured IM Client like MSN and run a watered down, rather featureless client like Pidgin? Even with every add-on ever it doesn't compare, and even the basic client is comparably unstable.

Either this virus is too good or this is not a virus , I scanned my computer with both antivirus and spybot and ad-aware things : 0 Threat, nothing have been found, and I think mice and keyboard shouldn't broken at the same time :P How come someone can write something like that in online game, its so odd and I never heard of it, I'll get suspicious its written by something invisible in my room if its not a virus :P On a side note, when that occurs, I lift up my mouse and don't move it, but it still keeps clicking and moving around, but still for a short amount of time :P

If none of those caught it, I wouldn't be too worried. Keep periodically running scans (Weekly) to see if anything changes.

Back to the mouse. I dunno dude, the mice at my school go completely bat-shit insane sometimes too, and every single one does it on every single computer, so in that case it is probably a program or driver causing a fuck-up. Saying this, I doubt it is a hardware issue for either one. The mouse could be messing up for a innumerable amount of reasons, so we will try to deal with those before I suggest getting a new mouse.

Again, try reseating the USB cord into a USB port on your computer.

Does your mouse have any drivers relating to it or its operation?

Did you add/remove/update any programs/drivers directly before the mouse started acting up?

No I did not remove things or add anything, its so random, somedays it won't happen even though I use it 6 hours or more , sometimes it happens and goes crazy for a few minutes, thats what makes me think its a virus or someone remote-controlling my comp if possible, I don't know why someone should do that anyways, they will find nothing valuable :xD: Is it even possible to remote-control a computer with hacking ? Because I know what I read in that game, its somewhat scary |8 I will sue microsoft anyways if their that expensive sidewinder mice got broken without a reason :xD:

Yes, computers can be remotely controlled. Major botnets do it all the time to run spam networks or DDoS sites and servers.

I don't think its broken, as I said before. If it was, Microsoft would honor the warranty anyway. They aren't like Apple.

And I meant, before it started happening at all, did you change anything. I don't know how far back this goes, so don't know if you would remember.

Again:

Try reseating the USB cord into another USB port on your computer.

Does your mouse have any drivers relating to it or its operation? I think the Sidewinder does, try installing updated/new versions of the drivers. See if that helps.

Seems like mice problem is over for now, it suddenly disappeared, maybe I constantly run antivirus, spambot things now :P or maybe because I changed usb place. I wonder if someone will write something for me again in online game , I hope it disappeared aswell :P Thanks for the help all, much appreciated even though they didn't work , or do work but I do not know which one :P I think this topic served its good purpose
