A crazy mod needs crazy music. I think an eighties theme would be really funny, we could have Weird Al, Devo, and The Safety Dance.

^ That is the unfortunate reason why Crazy mod can't have several ideas as they were originally suggested. The same is true for the Mentos and Coke thread. I think Jordan has ideas around this though, so not to worry!

Mentos and Coke is easy enough to get around, but you can't beat music copyrighting. Of course, how does that work though, because Shockwave had Ride of the Valkries, and Crazy Mod currently has Banana Phone.

Perhaps those songs are viewed as a novelty, and as such it doesn't much matter if they're included in a game/mod or not. I think the only other song that "might" not matter would be Rick Astley's "Never Gonna Give You Up", but that's more subject to copyright laws than any other song mentioned in this thread.

Hm, I was thinking of using a small clip from that song for something. I'm sure that song would be a bigger novelty than any other, and it would just be about 8 seconds.
