This is for real. :D

Go to cutestdogcompetition.com to see a picture of her dog. If you think Biali is cute, then vote. You could also select another dog, but that won't help my sister.

Good sir, I understand how this sort of thing goes, much in the same way in which I enrol aid from a certain Andy in order to keep my books, I shall endeavour to aid your sister in this contest.

This is a very noble cause. For all those who voted Biali says muchas gracias, and he needs his clothes or he can't stop shivering.

I voted for the rat in the jacket that is strangely better than anything Dauth has. Was that what you wanted? :D

I voted for it, but not because it's cute, just because you're asking :)
Also, AFAIK we refer at animal with "it" not "he/she" :duh:

I'm not sure about your culture, but we Brits and Japanese aswell, respect our pets, and often treat them as equals, especially in the case of a cat/dog.
So take your attitude somwhere else!

In Dutch, all animals are referred to as he, she or it depending on grammatical gender. Though often, 'it' isn't used even if the gender is grammatically neuter, and the biological gender is used. It would be very strange to refer to your pet dog as 'it' though.
