Maybe as a replacement for demo generals scud storm, instead of scud missiles it could fire terrorists standing on each others shoulders. And maybe the top one could have a pointy hat.

What about the terrorists being attached to a SCUD (without it's warhead), and they'd all detach when the SCUD gets to destination ?
This at least wouldn't require to redo the whole building which would take too much time (and I think Jordan say he won't create any SW for that reason)
