You can download UT3 for free using steam for this weekend only. Then after you can buy it for £5.60, now thats a bargain and a half. So, any takers?

I will play the weekend, of course. I probably won't buy it though, although the weekend might change my mind.

Seems to be a popular game atm, servers are shagged, will do it later.

It doesn''t even seen to download now. I had it at 14%, then it stopped so I paused it. Resumed it and it started back on 0% :( - Now its just stuck on Download Starting..

Had the same thing with updating TF2 (except that it fell from 96% to 0% and had the message "Downloading game" instead of Updating)...reinstaling Steam fixed it though

I have UT3 now, been playing single player but the bots on my team drive me mad. They fucking suck. Time for some multiplayer.

I think the only game I'll be buying in the foreseeable future would be Modern Warfare 2, I bought BioShock, CS:S, and L4D and the only games I really play these days are CoD4 and TF2. So I'll pass.

Besides, I've heard that UT3 isn't played too often these days...

When there's a free weekend (they had it before in UT3) or a new patch (their patches add a shitload of content) then there are loads of players but shortly afterwards the numbers fall rapidly
