I guess this probably is already suggested, but what about a buildable traffic sign? it blinds enemy with EMP effect, and it works demo trap style, altough its recharge timer is high.

EMP because the driver is blinded by to flashy lights. i ment that the powerdown looks like EMP not the EMP explosion...
