The lunar lander (or Moon lander, depends on how you want to call it) is a 'standalone' version of the reactor of the nuke convoy truck. It's resized to be larger, so a few tanks could fit in it. It can be used as a general power and is dropped high in the air with a chute. When reaching the ground the lunar lander will pop open and four things could happen:
1. Some infantry will come out of it, attacking nearby units.
2. Two or three neutral tanks come out of it, so the enemy (or you) can use it.
3. Some supply goods will come out of it.
4. There is a slight change it will explode like a nuke convoy truck, destroying everything around it.
This could change the gameplay very fast when you are winning to give you the extra power you needed.
Or when you are winning, until you give the enemy some tanks to destroy you!
Or you are loosing and destroy the enemy by blowing your base to the moon with a nuke!

I like it. But I think it should be kept to only one specific action. If I wanted reinforcements, and the lander nuked the remainder of my platoon instead, I'd be pretty ticked.

I have a little addition for it. Maybe it won't be a generals power but a unit launched from a building (with a build limit for both the building and the unit). The building coul be de particle cannon.
You chose a location for the lander and then it will be launched from out the particle cannon building straight into the air, flying toward the given location.
