Just a small idea which I don't think it's gona make it... but it's worth to mention it, I think...

maybe the giant hopper could release the anthrax bomb, slowly descends onto earth, then poof, anthrax

that doesnt make any sense at all
even as an antrax bomb replacement
the units and powers in the mod must make you go wtf and then let you laugh
what you CAN do is make a hopping man wich has NO weapons at all but a emp ability name it 'look stupid' (i bet everyone wonders why there is a guy on a hopping ball) and disable the vehicles in a small area
