I don't know if this is possible, but it is crazy.
Give a gla general the option to buy stolen, slightly defect, fan trucks. They are defect because they only can use half the 'wind power'. And the rotator blades are reversed so the Fan truck won't blow the enemy away, but it attracts them!
When a enemy hits the Fan truck, it will go up in smoke with a loud explosion (or if possible a implosion, caused by the defect engine that produces small black holes).

i already suggestet that in the form of the magnet tank
