More discounts, though one that stuck out for me was Left 4 Dead (the first one). It's now down to $7.49.

Oh, and the 4-pack is $22.49. Ridiculous!

New Steam deals has Mirror's Edge for only € 3.75

THQ pack has risen to the top of the sales list. Going by how slow Steam downloading is going now (I've been downloading Dead Space all f*cking day now) a lot of people must want to play all that already as well.

I already have most of the THQ pack or I prebably would have bought it. Always wanted to try Mirrors Edge, now I can, its taking forever though. I should be getting 3Mb/s, i'm getting 50Kb/s .

I also got ahold of that and I was getting about 100Kb/s, now I'm down around 50. Seems like an overnight jobbie, but honestly I'm prepared to wait for £3 :P

Medieval Total War II - £2.49

I loved all the total war games, though for some reason never bought Medieval 2, well now I have, and you should do the same!

Undoubtedly a good game, but Rome Total War still stands as my fave of the series, I literally couldn't get enough of that game until I lost it :(

EDIT: And that's £4.99, for an extra £2.50 I'd seriously recommend Rome over Medieval.

TF2 and Torchlight half price. Although I recommend the orange box instead of just buying TF2 standalone.

You forgot MW1, still on full $50 which is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen :S

I can already imagine Valve trying to get Activision into the discount rampage, only to have Kotick's fiery breath of death hunt them from their office...

It's pretty sad. Nearly everything on Steam is on sale, except the Activision games.

EA's my hero compared to this.

Ontopic, Steam is golden. There are eight pages of games just under five bucks. :O

Can't say that yet. They are making a fuckload of money with Call of Duty. Sister Company Blizzard does the same with World of Warcraft. I dare say that a significantly large part, maybe even around 20-30 percent, of all the income generated on the PC market is currently going to Activision Blizzard and it's daughters.
