[Gen.Kenobi]

For some reason, i can't start the game...it freezes and that weird window saying: Technical Dificulties.
I already tryed to run it on Compatibility Modes, but without sucess...any ideas??

As recently i brought a 4Core processor, can this be teh probleman?

When I was running it, I believe I had to force Windows to disable it's aero effects before it ran properly - but that was my only issue anywhere.

Well I think that you have modified something and now game crashes. In case you modified something of course.
Try tunning world builder to see the error.

Although this may be windows 7 problem but I'm no expert with that since I own XP

Access violations, you need to make sure you're running the program as an adminstrator. Probably a good start, if that fails, come back and we'll try again

I'm running it as an administrator....World Builder is loading perfectaly...

In your My Documents folder, navigate to the C&C Zero Hour folder. If it doesn't exist, create a testfile called Options.ini (it's important that you have file extensions visible here). You can leave it blank. Your game should then run. This happens when the game isn't installed with admin privileges.

No...the most weird thing is that i'm getting that EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION erros, in other games like Star wars: EaW....

It works fine here, without any changes... I did disable User Account Control though, maybe that did the job.

try installing the direct x that comes with ZH.
