Nuke General Nuclear Missile question

I know I'm not the best modder out there, but I need help on one issue.

I'm trying to make the Nuke general's Nuclear Missile different from the rest of the other generals, meaning, when the nuke general launches a nuke, the explosion is bigger and more powerful than the other nuclear missiles. So far I've tried to make the Baikonur Missile Explosion (I modified it) replace the Nuke general's "normal" Nuke explosion.

But it keeps coming out with the same normal explosion instead of the Baikonur missile explosion.

What do I need to do to change the explosion, do I have to create a new Nuclear Missile superweapon, or just edit some other stuff?

Please help.

The Nuclear Missile building has a behaviour to launch a weapon when the superweapon is used. Change that weapon to a new weapon with a different projectile. All the damage stuff is in the Projectile (NeutronMissile)
