I'm making a new poll here.
Rise to power will feature C&C3 est surveyors called Mobile Construction Outposts,
These will be a cheaper faster form of the MCV, with the added bonus of begin amphibious.
The downside is that they are weaker and are unable to construct buildings themselves.
Also, unlike the Construction yard, the Construction Outpost can not repack into a MCO.
This poll is about adding cranes.
Cranes would act as a second Construction Yard in that they can build new structures (not including cranes).
This poll will decide if you want them added an in what form.

Add with build area, so you don't have to build another structure just to build at that spot at the edge of your base.
