It's been dealt with already, Nem, although even then it took a while. As soon as I posted the reveal that it was a bot in that thread I reported it, which was roughly 13 hours before this thread, nothing was done for at least 5 or 6 hours.

Does anyone actually check the post report these days?

The post report is handled through the PM system. It's hard to miss the messenger popping up when you visit the forum, so don't worry, it's fine.

Yeah responses to reports are generally very fast. Most times i click the link in the post and the thread is already gone.

Well it was in your forum, that explains a few things...
At least now I know I wasn't hallucinating when I reported it.

I think that needs to be fixed, as bots do tend to post in out-of-place areas.

Yesterday he already was banned when i saw...why the drama?

It could be fixed by making a Moderator Group over the ACP and let them moderate with the Project Leaders their forum...This wouldn't look good, but that will fix the probleman...

I banned the bot 7 minutes after the opening post was made, I did not receive any PM (and by the sounds of things, neither did any of the rest of the staff). If anyone thinks 7 minutes isn't a fast enough response time, you can find me in the IRC channel.

In the mean time, the bot has been banned, so this thread serves no purpose.
