Also, glad you even got a kill while my puny tank still has no kill 8|

I just found that helpful hint out last night, so if I would have found it out sooner, I'd have told you. :P

Well I actually am using the SU-18, and I'll soon have the 134K creds needed for the SU-76.
I'm just using the beta privileges to test the biggest number of Russian tanks, before the stats get wiped out when they'll release the RC...

T-26 here. Also, from what the WoT forums adviced as light tank users: don't stop moving. Hiding in bushes is the job of TH and SPG. Now I play more aggressive I get more credits and more kills. I don't care about the fact I get killed every time, as the credits I get exceed my repairs costs by 300% now :P
Also, for those who want to add me, the name is Dutchygamer (how surprising :xD:).

I got a T-28 (tier 4 medium tank just so it isnt mixed with T-26). I just save up for a premium account so I think im gonna grind alot today (for those who dont know: premium accounts double the credits and xp you gain in battles)

I don't think the tank I have is bad for only having the game since Sunday evening, but since then I haven't had the time to really "grind" to up my credits. Just need to gain more XP so I can further my progress down the panzer line.

What does a premium account cost?

Good tip about the light tanks. I never stop...except when a bloody T-26 one shots me |8

I wonder what 300 gold will cost once this game is completed. For right now, it sounds worth the plunge. I'm also wondering if the premium account will be monthly or if there wil be options to buy 3, 6, and 12 month blocks.

Correction : 300 Gold gives you premium access for 24 hours only on the beta, prices will change as soon as the game will be public 8|

I'm going to take a stab and guess that the price jumps up by multiples of 250 (i.e. 1750 for a week).

If you're in a light tank (and even a majority of the medium tanks), keep moving. Stopping equals death. Zigzag if you have to and always watch the radar and right-click to get a view around your tank. If you do stop, make sure it's only to fire (press the space bar for a quick stop), or that it is in cover (such as trees, since they block LoS). A medium tank will take more punishment, but with the higher tiers of SPG's and TD's around, you won't want to stay anchored to one locale for very long.

Or you could just do a BT-2/7 RUSH!

BT-2's are detracked very easily and don't have the armour to go around being a silly show-boat. Sure the 55km/h top speed does help matter somewhat, but that still doesn't warrant being careless. Even if a BT-2/7 "rush", if your opponent has TD's or even just better armoured tanks, you'll be out classed.

Actually, you just gotta know how to use it preperly. For example you could start running around at the start, then try to flank the TDs and SPGs, since those ones take ages to turn their turrets, they won't even be able to retaliate 8|
