Ah yes, I just saw that like a week ago.
Too bad it didn't include the Vela Incident or either North Korean nuclear tests (because they occurred after 1998)
I think the next two decades should be interesting, since Iran, N. Korea, and Myanmar, Syria are all trying quite hard to develope/ get more nukes.
