I'll also note, Quad Core recommended, 1GB of GFX RAM (no less than a GTX560), and a 64-Bit OS (for the 4GB of RAM they need). They weren't lying when they said they were really going to push the PC this time... (Also this beta arrives the same day as my new PC is supposed to, it'll be good for benchmarking 8|)

Also, now I am royally pissed because I have no parts that can run it. And I'm stuck with some idiots who think upgrading a comp is pointless. 8|

Any doubt that EA have huge hopes for this game were shattered at Eurogamer.

BF3 was eeeeeeeeeeeverywhere, All over the flyers, magazines, posters, They mustave taken up a quater of the venue with machines running the game.

From my short run with it gameplay is very similar to BC2, just with marginally less jelly hands and far less of the gun taking up the screen (which was incredibly annoying in BC2) didnt get a chance to do any vehicle fighting, that would truly show how BF3 is going to turn out. Still a fun game, got some kills, won the round 8|

Also got a massive A2 BF3 poster and keychain goodiebag, didnt get anything from the MW3 booth... :O

Did you pre-order? If so then Kotick got your soul 8|

They are really keen to not let anyone get their hands on vehicle gameplay.

Well, about time I got a new PC so don't be too jealous 8| Also, Wiz, I suspect the BF3 Beta will install, play perfectly, I shall quit, and my system shall subsequentally collapse upon itself with a might cry of despair... 8|

It was just 3 a side team deathmatch, with no vehicles, it was quite a let down tbh

For those of you who registered the code inside MoH or pre-ordered BF3, EARLY BETA IS OUT GET IT NAO.

Downloading, but it'll take some time before I can get some stuff on here... have a uni-level essay draft due on Friday with 4 heavy books as of yet unread. >.<

I am back from China, and this morning I got my beta email. I am downloading the beta. I should get another beta key for the MoH pre-order. If I get it..I might be able to give it to someone who wants it.

Origin is only necessary for installing the game, I'm playing the game right now via the battlelog site (kind of a main menu/server browser in your internet browser, instead of there being an actual menu ingame)
I must say it's a bit weird to use a site to launch the game, even though I'm used to F2P games that rely on this method, but it's easy to get used to it.
