Since I got back, I've been trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong with this.

I can get the weapon to launch, yet the effect woun't appear, even with the FX listed.
And I need a hand with the Special, as I thought I followed the examples, and the button dose not show-_-

What am I doing wrong?
I have the files I think are involved, yet IDK what I'm doing...
