Colonel C linked me this video on hamachi i think its the most amazing price of work I've seen although its kinda a parody it brings out the Russian history in a fun and cool way, what do you think of it?

it seems during times of depression countries turn to Socialist movements but during "Booms" there more democratic? care to vertify.

Socialism and Democracy aren't mutually exclusive. One is an economic order, the other a type of government order.
Now go out and procreate. IN THE NAME OF DOOM!

1. there is such a thing as socialist democracy
2. I think it's better to say that people turn more extreme during bad times. Not just leftist. Just look at 1930s Germany or now with the Netherlands, which both saw a strong pull to the populist/far right in times of crisis.

When times are hard, people's political views tend to become more extreme. I assume by "more democratic" you mean "more moderately socialist".
