Ooo i loved Borderlands so the news of a squeal is rather interesting. I'm hoping for more customization options and maybe a better story :P

If anyone else finds anymore news, its probably worth updating this thread.

I'd like them to make the characters a bit more easy to relate to. They were fairly uninteresting in Borderlands. The whole story was in fact really plain, but playing co-op was pretty badass. I'm hoping that aspect has also been expanded slightly.

Interesting. Borderlands was a quite good game - your description of "gun porn" wasn't far off :P .

Maybe they wont release it a week before Modern Warfare 3, making it get completely ignored again :P

I didn't think it got ignored, the two games have very different target audiences IMO.

Sounds fun, I particularly enjoyed the first game, playing co-op with friends was especially fun. Hopin' for a MUCH better plot this time round though :P

Brick was the most hilarious character in that game, especially when you got three friends and got everyone to play as him. But this peeks my interest, I love Coop games. DO WANT.

I haven't gotten beyond about 50% due to the addiction to MW2 that I had. It wasn't great timing for that game tbh. I will get around to finishing it (although I am going to have to restart it now), but I will also be getting this.

If they include a decent storyline and a better ending it should be good.

I think the first one put far too much emphasis on LOOK GUNS rather than the things that would've mattered. I mean the gun gimmick was fun at first, but after about 3 hours in the game you realise that 95% of them are all the same, the only ones actually worthwhile are the unique ones that the bosses drop.
