Sorry chaps, they've given me absolutely no clue as to what the problem is, they've just acknowledged it's fuxxed. I'll be keeping an eye on the ticket all day and will let you know when it's back working.

I hope we get some sort of refund, it would be unfair to pay for a server we couldn't use for a while.

Ironically they just issued another invoice, which I will be taking up with them, however, they have already said they would make arrangements for the time lost on it.

I'd say give them 24hrs or so, so until say until tomorrow at about 8pm. After that, move the server to a new IP and box - as Slye says, most of this won't be difficult to re-add etc.
