I once dropped a fuel air bomb on a C130 in AC5.

I dropped 2 of em on XB-0 in ACZ

The fragment bomb and bunker busters are nice. The most effective weapon in my opinion, however, is the missile where you keep the target in your sights in order for the missile to most likely hit.

I hate Bastion in ACZ. Hard to beat :(

On the plus side, I beat ACZ twice now, At the moment I'm on ace. I still can't unlock the JSF though :(

Pixy is hard to beat, my best recommendation is to use the Foxhound. The speed lets you get away and get time to turn around to face him head on.

yeah, so true. though, i finally got the falken, to get it i had to sell half my planes, but i got it on mission 27, so, i destroyed that mission easily, then killed the solg in one laser before i even passed it (OMFG it rocks, blew the rotating cross cylinders off!!)

yes I unlocked the F-35 as well as every aircraft now. The falken is ghey I prefer the morgan. I only own like 8 planes now hah. I never bought most of em.

My new favorite squadron colors: Galm. Why? Because its our squadron orange left wingtip white and black plane. Perfect. (I know they really are just pixy's colors )

yeah, the falken is overrated, shit in the real world it probably can't even fly. the morgon took it's place as the most overpowered but atleast the morgan got a chance to make an actual APEARENCE

Yer, just call it hte F-15 ACTIVE, it ain't really a combat plane IIRC but its damn cool for a test thingy or wahtever it was.

The falken is just ridiculous. It looks real retarded when it opens up to fire its laser. And the cockpit is just creepy

The morgan, on the other hand, could have done with some thrust vectoring nozzles, but hey, its a perfectly normal looking aircraft (unless you have the laser on it ) and it ain't too overpowered when it has the jamming equipment, just like a standard fighter then

yeah, but then with the jamming equipment makes it underpowered this is why nearly no one uses the ECM equipment. ALthough, dog fights are alot more enjoyable without the urge to make a cheapshot with a bust missile up the enemy's tail pipe.

Call me mental but I prefer a lower class aircraft over the super-manouverable fighters.It gives me a sense of accomplishment when I kick a Falken/Morgan/Terminator's exhaust pipe.

My favourite fighter/interceptor by far is the Sukhoi Su-27 Flanker 'B' in the Soldier paint scheme (loved it so much I'm building a 1:72 model in that very paint scheme).

I'm dissapointed that the MAPO MiG-1.44 was taken out. I was hoping for some player vs player ass whooping with the sweet aircraft.

MMMM A-10. My most favourite aircraft of all time. Anything that can take a shit kickin' and still move is number one in my book. Plus having the GAU-8A 7 barrel 30mm Avenger is insane!

Knowing that the MiG-29 has Semi Active missiles and never having used them before, how well do they perform as compared to XMAAs and XLAAs? Can they be ripple fired and if the first target is downed will they track the next target? I just want to know before shellling out some of my Su-37 Terminator savings.

If the MiG-31 has the same specs as the one in AC5 then I can see why. I could NEVER catch a Foxhound in that game, so blisteringly fast my eyes hurt just trying to focus on the blur :dizz: !

I remember one time I fought one of my friends on AC5. He launched 2 QAAMs and his two other missiles. He was trying to keep up with all the flips and rolls i was doing, he didn't realize there was a mountain right there....
