This technology is very interesting, made even more interesting by that it's a plant and not a switch or a sensor.

What can you think this tech could be used for? I really hope it ends up with narcotics cops carrying around plants to check for drugs, that sounds hilarious :)

I can just imagine cops walking around with plants instead of dogs :)
They might lose a bit of their intimidation factor xD

Now all buses can have a nice decoration to....oh right they'll die.

All we need now is to have these crossbred with Miura-types so they can live a nice long indoor life.
