How do I fix the bug that causes a mod to crash if you attempt to change the graphics settings?

Change settings in vTW, then activate mod.
Or you can let the mod crash, then try again with the mod launched, edit your settings. Think it worked for me.
IDK if there's some kind of settings ini for TW...

Or you can use Codecat's compiler which automatically creates a Mod_L.xml.
