But how do I do it?

I don't have PS all I have is MS Paint and I'm not sure how to resize a pic with MS Paint.

well you can either resize it with imageshack, or if you want to use paint, go to image>attributes, and change the width and height

Or use Irfanview, http://www.irfanview.com and press control r. Works nicely as well imo.

You don't have to finish it if you don't want to. Actually, I wanted the sig for Halloween, but that's now done and passed. Take me out of the que and work on someone else's while I try to find something more appropriate for me.

The font I'd like to be in the one that looks like handwriting kay.

At the bottom somewere I'd like it to say "The last thing you'll ever see" kay and I'd like it to be 200x500 if you can thanks.

You all know of what I think about of anything with a nuke in it . Tao's Overlord is just icing on the cake. I like the dark(ened) fringes of the sig, and the font you used. It's one of your better one No-Skillz.

Can you give it a dark shadowy backround?

Make sure that Dante is fully in it from his head to his chest just alittle under the guns kay.

Love how you kinda grunged up the render, really made it look more alive. The layout is very plain but works well, same for the colors. 8/10
