Saying they are working on anti-cheat measures is not the same as telling us what they will be

To be honest I'm not sure what they can do to kill the cheaters off permanently but having dedis makes this considerably easier. We have become, I dare say, extremely efficient in tracking them down and atm we just leave a game if we find one but with dedis we can just kick them out.
Of course this has the downside that we'll be kicked for "cheating" every now and then as well, but still xD .

So, it's available to preorder on Steam.
...at the paltry price of $99.99 USD (~$95.2 AUD)
I'd rather fuck a horse.
For those of you elsewhere, it's £39.99 (~$62.90 AUD), $59.99US (~$57.10 AUD) or €59.99 (~$82.28 AUD).

Now I hope you can understand my massive gripe with all Call of Duty games being mods of the previous title, and why I tend to be negative towards it as a franchise more than just about anything else. I refuse to pay for a game that is so blatantly overpriced, I just wish other people thought the same so that this price gouging will finally end.

This game isn't worth 40 gbp, let alone 95 AUD.

Agreed. I loved CoD 4, and while MW2 had multiplayer issues and a single player shorter than the average youtube video, I liked that one too. But I've payed for mostly the same game twice. And I won't do it again.

Earlier this week, leaked information was released regarding the new killstreaks and perks for the new upcoming game MW3. Interesting enough, they finally decided to remove the tactical nuke which gave a unfair advantage for people playing at a higher caliber. We will then have the ability to determine whether or not the Juggernaught Suit is a suitable replacement for the nuke.
Assault Killstreaks
4 Kills = Care Package
5 Kills = IMS 3 or 4 placeable mines that cannot be affected by stun or flash grenades
5 Kills = Predator Missile
5 Kills = Sentry Gun
6 Kills = Precision Airstrike
7 Kills = Attack Helicopter
7 Kills = Little Bird Flock (Mini Choppers Patrol The Map)
9 Kills = Little Bird Gaurd (Big Helicopter follows you around the map and protects you)
9 Kills = Mortar Team (5 Predator Missiles go off at the same time)
10 Kills = Talcon (Mini Robot Tank)
12 Kills = AC130
12 Kills = Pavelow

I can't say I can see where there has been any mention of the Assault/Support kill streaks, but in principle it's an interesting idea..... whether you're going to get anyone actually using the Support option, based on the numbers of fuckwits that usually play this game, is open to question tbh
Can't say I am liking the Scavenger + Overkill + any tier 3 combo. Not as stupid as scavenging exposives, but there are going to be a lot of players rocking 2 ACR's now.
I am not sure I like the idea of assists counting towards Kill Streaks either. Whilst it will mean you lose the option to use 2 ARs there will be lots and lots of hardpoints floating around the map now if all you need is to put 1 bullet into someone to earn 1/2 a KS.
I am intrigued to see what Blind Eye actually does? Quicker lock-ons will help with KSs but more damage... 1 missle to kill a 2 shot Helo or 1 Blind Eye Pro + 1 non-BEp?
Pleased to see infi-sprint removed though. No more knife runners
And immune to CUAV is also an interesting addition.
*waits for Chyros to epic-post*

Sleight Of Hand + Quickdraw + Steady Aim looks like the most all-round suited combo.
So glad to see that there is no stopping power. So so glad.

I haven't had the time to go through that lists in detail yet, but it looks alright to me.
I'm a bit confused by those killstreak lists though.
Why two different categories? It doesn't really make sense yet. The 18 kills support streaks seem way to weak. EMP was already useless with 15, now it's 18? Also Blackbird and Stealth Bomber at 12 are a bit strange...
Could it be that support streaks are for actual support points, like assists, objectives etc?

Perhaps you can chose 4 KS, 2 from each category? Force things to be mixed up a little?
That would be possible, but it still wouldn't explain the incredibly high killstreak requirements of the support category
EDIT: I found some more info here http://www.thetechga...illstreaks.html
There are actually 3 KS categories and you have to choose one, from which you can choose 3.

In have to say it looks extremely fake. It looks impossibly much like a wish list. The perks list especially so. Certain things are under the current CoD engine impossible or don't make any sense, so it's either true but incredibly badly reported by someone who knows nothing about how the game works, or it's a wish list by someone who thinks he does.
I await something more official before I bite this.
