I like my Edam cheese with 30% of fat, scraped on my spaghetti or fried with scrumbs like the Vienna steak although the ermine cheese tastes better prepared like that.
That think (in the 1st post) doesn't look much like a cheese, it looks rather like the poor excuse vegans tend to eat.

Besides, no cheese (not even expensive ones) can beat the taste of a meat...

But yes Blue Cheese has its moments. As does Brie

First off, it's not cheese, it's a processed dairy product made from milk and an assortment of various oils, starches, and water.

Second, I absolutely detest the taste of it, and I always have. That's not a problem since I prefer to actually cook lunch, and the only sandwiches I eat are nutella, peanut butter, or marmite!
