IHOP (International House of Pancakes) building that once captures flings Command Center sized pancakes at enemy, instantly flattening the enemy's base.

Grease tank: Tank that is used primarily as anti infantry, but can also function as anti armor. Tank squirts grease in front of enemy infantry, rendering the infantry immobile, and lowers their morale because they're making utter fools of themselves. Causes tanks/vehicles to spin out. Grease can also be lit on fire by munitions or Dragon tank.

All soldiers (every side) get candy canes for rifle, rocket launchers and mortars when they play on a winter map.

Nike shoe upgrade for GLA worker. Even better than the "upgraded" shoes the workers get now, Nike shoes allow their feet to breathe and give better lateral support. GLA worker's morale is boosted after purchasing this upgrade, along with production.

For Granger: Area 51 airstrike. Not the typical military planes, but with alien spacecraft. They fire green beams instead of missles and bombs. Think Mars Attacks, and you have the right idea.
