I think I found some cheats, but how do I use them? I tried a few times but I haven't gotten anywhere.

cheating with ini's is afaik impossable
it would only work if your opponent has exactly the same ini's

I'm talking about single player, but nevermind. Vanguard said it's impossible.
Same name when I'm playing online...Always in Mod Maps...
