I think one of the reasons I do have a high metabolism is because a fair amount of the weight I do carry around, is muscle, which takes a much higher amount of energy to function at a base metabolic rate than the corresponding weight in fat.

At least you're practicing sports. I didn't run since I was done with Highschool :P

My MUSCLES are crying out loud in the army :xD: Well, I do tend to eat only when I'm hungry, but I can eat snacks and tidbits any time of the day.

No pain no gain.

It's not like I'm ghost though, I don't work out. I just do some situps and press ups before bed every other day.

Also CJ, I don't do sports. I see walking/cycling/rock climbing as activities.

There was also a very interesting programme on the BBC about exercise recently, specifically how some people respond better than others. I am probably a super-responder. I see a huge gain from relatively small amounts of exercise and if I stop doing exercise I still maintain a relatively high level, whats more when I start again I quickly go back to my previous level.

See this for more - http://www.bbc.co.uk...health-17177251

My NEAT (Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis) is also probably through the roof. Which would further increase my base metabolic rate.

These are just presumptions though, there are tests you can have done and I would be very interested to see my results.

Way too much. Huge bread with cheese and mortadella for breakfast, sometimes stirred egg.
noodles, something with egg, or salad for lunch, and for dinner all sorts of stuff. Sometimes pizza, other times kebab when nobody wants to cook, or whatever is cooked for dinner...usually something with meat or noodles. Also a lot of chocolate.

Healthiest diet ever :P

Dinner: Something small but good.

I am guessing my scottish ancestry makes me not eat much. I still have some fat though, I don't know why. I run everyday...

EDIT: Although, I do weight less then most of the girls I hangout with, even though I am slightly taller.
